Departure from the route and Mid-morning Lunch

The beginning of the route runs along the Ademúz Highway, a simple road that will allow the riders to take the pulse of the sensations of the motorcycles.
Little by little the road increases the level of driving demands of the motorcycles as it passes through towns such as Losa del Obispo, Titaguas or Aras de los Olmos, running without ever losing the CV-35 highway until reaching Rincón de Ademúz, the first route stop for lunch
The Arrabal Bar will delight our palates by serving a lunch full of the unique flavors of indoor gastronomy.

Lunch

Without a doubt, the María Morena Restaurant is one of the most outstanding in Cuenca. Among other suggestions from the chef, he offers us, for example, a “Braised white pork tenderloin with candied chestnut sauce”, doesn’t that just make your mouth water? to imagine it? Well, this is just one of the exquisite references that they serve with taste and unsurpassed kindness in this restaurant whose location also gives it the most spectacular views of the area.

Back to Valencia

After delighting ourselves with María Morena’s delicacies, we will return to the road leaving Cuenca along the CM-220 towards Arcas until we reach Almodóvar del Pinar where we will detour along the CM-211 until we reach Minglanilla, where we will take the old N-III to reach the current A-3 to the base.
